Victoria graduated from Viable Paradise in 2014. She frequently reviews general fiction for Publishers Weekly. She is also a member of the Boston Speculative Fiction Writing Group (BSpec) and Codex. She wrote the booklet "Starting from Scratch: A Primer on Writing and Editing Cookbooks" (2018) for the Editorial Freelancers Association.
